Five Valleys Foyer have developed an accredited qualification
to help all of our Service Users in Supported Housing prepare for Independent Living. This workbook will help you demonstrate the skills that you have to ‘Move On’.
By completing this workbook with your support worker you will be able to demonstrate your skills in:
• Money Management
• Living In the Community and Moving On
• Health and Hygiene
This Award is recognised across the county
and will allow staff at FVF to assess when you are ready to move on into your own place, it is recognised by the Local Authority and will be publicised to Private Landlords to show them that you have all the necessary skills to be a great tenant!
