Our support is, therefore, structured to understand, engage, and enable trust so that young people are held as they open themselves to experience education, life skills, work experience and personal development. We usually request, wherever possible, for any previous assessment reports to be included with the referral. Following this, an initial liaison meeting and an interview with the applicant are held to discuss and identify his or her needs in detail. An assessment is carried out to establish whether the applicant is suitable for the service of the EST, and the referrer and applicant are informed of this decision.
All support packages provided by the EST are costed individually.
Following this, people who join the project will need to have secured funding. Most
