How to do I get referred?

You need to approach Stroud District Council Housing Team.

You can contact the homelessness advice team on:

01453 754078 or e-mail homelessnessadvice@stroud.gov.uk

They will arrange for you to visit one of their offices for an interview, if it is appropriate.  They can also help you access emergency accommodation, while your application for Supported Housing is processed.

If you are assessed as needing to enter supported housing, then your application will be taken to the Youth Allocation Meeting and given to one of the supported housing providers.  If we receive your application, we will invite you for an interview and to look round the Foyer, and if you are successful we will put you on our waiting list.
