Delmonts Lot flats are partially furnished. If you have a self-contained flat you will have an Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement: this means you can live in the flat for a minimum of 6 months. The shared flat operates on a licence agreement. This property is owned by Sarsen Ridgeway Housing Association and is managed by Five Valleys Foyer.

Delmont’s lot is behind Boots on the High Street in Stroud and is accessible via an alleyway. It is a relatively new project and has a large garden that can be used by all of Five Valleys Foyer staff and Service Users.
